Yes flow dreaming is exactly like this! I Flowdream as well and have found it to be incredibly effective for me! It seems so natural to just sit and "daydream" about what I want in my life.

Today we have a lunar eclipse and a full moon in Capricorn. Carpricorn is a very practical sign and deals with grounded things in the world, so I'm surprised I didn't pull a pentacles card today.
