           Tools for Life

         Sick and tired of being sick and tired? You’re not the only one! The world around us is changing and moving at such a rapid pace. How do we cope? It is possible to have added peace, joy and love in everyday life, home, relationships and work life.

         Mary Louise McGuire is offering a series of monthly classes which are designed to give you the means to live a fulfilled life. This course will help to increase self confidence, personal growth, and give new perspectives on life that bring forth personal power and positive aspects of yourself.

         These classes will be a interactive mix of soul searching, meditations, expansion of awareness, discussions and practical tools for life. Each class builds upon the other. This course is based on spiritual ideas and principles of metaphysics.

          Mary Louise McGuire is a second generation astrologist, esoteric in nature. The intuitive readings she provides open new doors and bring about awareness of hidden potential. Her work has inspired others to make outstanding changes, which have encouraged personal development and a path of self healing. Mary Louise’s gift of interpreting past lives and channeling guides and masters, helps her shed light on opportunities for growth, and ones true beauty.

                   Soul Survival & Evolution Class Description

Class One: Chakras

-This class consists of lecture time, hands on practical exercises and guided meditations for clearing your chakra system.  We will cover many aspects, for example: ‘What is a chakra?’, ‘Why is it important to me?’, and ‘Is there anything I can do to maintain and clear my chakras?’. 

Class Two: Meditation

-This class explores the world of meditation, different forms of meditation, it’s practical uses and how to apply this in a positive way in your everyday life.  We will be using guided meditations to help expand our awareness and to maintain and strengthen our bodies.

Class Three and Four: The Mind

-The mind creates and holds an infinite amount of power and wisdom. The information that will be taught in this class is so vast it will have to be broken down into two parts. We will explore the power of the mind, it’s different components, and how to maximize the use of the mind.

Class Five: Emotions

-This class explores our emotions and the impact they have on our lives and health.  Learn the importance of managing your emotions and staying positive in everything you do.  We will be using meditation to explore some of our own emotional issues.

Class Six:  Practical Exercises

-In this class we will get to play!  We will be applying some of the knowledge discussed in previous classes in a practical way.  We start our class by  working with our animal totems, and finding out what that means to you.  Plus we will try some psychometry exercises and receiving messages.  Hope you can join me in this playful end class!
